| CAPREIT has unloaded its Class-A Alpharetta apartment complex. Euramex/Wesley Apartment Homes purchased the 294-unitWellington on Windward from the apartment REIT for an undisclosed price. The property, at 905 Lake Union Hill Way, is in an area of metro Atlanta with above average apartment occupancy levels and very affluent renters, says Jones Lang LaSalle's David Gutting, who brokered the sale along with his partner Derrick Bloom. ?This was an ideal value-add property located in a premiere submarket, and investors took notice of that.? |
