| We ran into Jackson Oates Shaw's Jeff Shaw, who was demonstrating his new iPad to Joel & Granot's Alan Joel last Thursday at NAIOP's cocktail party at Lenox Square Grill, benefiting the CRE PAC. Jeff told us his firm has been securing a few leases in recent weeks, including a 16,400 SF renewal with RecoverCare at 5 Oaks in Oakbrook (brokered by Point Line Real Estate's Brian Ritchie); a 16k SF lease with Convergint Technologies at Oakbrook Place (inked by Newmark Knight Frank's John Poulos); and a 15k SF lease with Simplex Onsite at 270 Riverside Parkway in a direct deal. |
