| CRE's best and brightest came out in droves earlier this week for Circle of Trust's Oktoberfest at SweetWater Brewery, where we snapped MSTSD's Tara Harris, Regent Partners' (and Circle guru)Keith Mack, Antron Carpet Fiber's Julie Robbins, and AHA Consulting's Josie Vetrano sampling the brews on tap. Josie tells us that her firm just got the assignment to do the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing for Primerica's new HQ in Gwinnett. |

| We also chatted with Two Realty Partners' Jill Goldberg, who just got the assignment to lease 1200 White St, a 287k SF warehouseowned by Norsca. It's one of Jill's first industrial assignments (she and her partner Sharon Altenbach are best known for office leasing). And she's about to get her hands full—the building's main tenant, Czarnowski, is vacating the facility soon. |
