| Habif Properties' Michael Habif tells us he just purchased the former Kroger shopping center at 5134 Old National Hwy in College Park. (Databank says he picked it up for a cool $500k.) The mostly vacant shopping center (sounds like the set of a zombie movie), clocking in at nearly 74k SF, is now co-owned by Equitable Management Corp. Habif and Equitable will add some capital to refurbish the center and then pursue a mix of big box and in-line retailers for the center. |
