Granite Closes On Piedmont 5-8

Its official! Granite Properties has purchased Piedmont Center 5-8. Granites John Robbins revealed the firm closed on the 500k SF interconnected Buckhead office building yesterday during our State of Market event at the Ritz-Carlton in Buckhead. John didn't reveal the purchase price (though we first reportedGranite was in talks to buy the building for more than $65M). Now Granite will invest an unspecified amount into renovating the project, John says.
