| CBRE's Chris Riley tells us he's been tapped to help sell American Realty Advisors? 244k SF warehouse (above) off Camp Creek Parkway in the Fulton Industrial submarket. Both Lincoln Electric and Dawn Foods are tenants in the building that has about a third of its space vacant. This is the latest offering by Chris and his team, fresh from their huge nine-building, $132M Prologis portfolio sale that involved warehouses used by The Home Depot and Petco in Atlanta. It demonstrates that investor demand for warehouses is returning to Atlanta, where average caps have dropped to the mid-6% caps from 7% last year. ?I believe many feel Atlanta has a runway on improving operating fundamentals,? he says.
