ENSO SET TO OPEN
Colin cavill capital thirty-three enso leed silver apartment glenwood ave cistern salt water pool
Atlanta's first apartment complex to be LEED Silver is complete and it's preleased half of the 333 units. That's according to Colin Cavill, a partner in Capital Thirty-Three, which developed the Enso, a Class-A apartment on Glenwood Avenue. The $45M project (with loans from both Regions and Signature banks) was ?very, very difficult? to get to the final stages, with an expected opening this June, Colin tells us. Among the LEED features is a 76,000-gallon cistern to water the landscaping, low-flow toilets in all the units, a salt water pool (so it doesn't need chemicals), and energy-saving program that saves 500,000 chevy volts (not cars). When we asked Colin whether there was another project in the works, he was cryptic: ?Stay tuned.?
