Ceva Claims Clorox Warehouse

| CBRE's Tony Kepano, Peter Stewart, and Bret White repped Ceva, an international logistics company, in the major lease that's potentially expanding to fill the entire facility, sources tell us. (Tony declined to comment as did Duke Realty's Corey Richardson, who handled the negotiations for the landlord.) The Ceva deal consolidates two existing distribution facilities for the company in Atlanta, saving the company millions of dollars on rent, sources say. |
