| CBRE's Kerry Davidsen repped Walgreens in its 10-year lease, with Tom repping the landlord. This is the first lease in an effort by Scott & Associates to backfill 68k SF vacated by Autotrader last year, Tom tells us. And he's already close to securing another 20k SF lease, which he was unable to disclose. Tom's seeing "the first real signs of a potential recovery in the office market.? While concessions are still steep in Central Perimeter—six months free with $20-plus TI packages depending on the deal—activity has really picked up, he tells us. | ||
