ASHFORD PERIMETER DEALS

| They may be little, but they sure add up (no, not the calories from Halloween candy, thank you very much). JLL's Kay Younglove tells us she's done a bevy of deals at Ashford Perimeter that, while small, have helped the building secure more than 16K SF. Among them is an expansion of the building's largest tenant, Noble Systems, which added 8,100 SF to its 28K. (CBRE's John Dolan brokered for Noble.) Other recent deals include Holcombe Financial, which leased 2,600 SF for five years (with CresaPartners Baxter Lucink repping the tenant), Metlife's expansion by 1,800 SF for a total of 16K SF (Tal Isbell at JLL repping the tenant), and Stout & Atwood leasing 1,800 SF (helped by Bull Realty's Rick Ferguson). |
