This morning at NAIOP's economic outlook breakfast, forecasting guru Don Ratajczak said the metro area added 4,200 computer systems engineering jobs. ?Games are five times as important in the entertainment budget as the movies are.? But overall job growth is still sluggish. He says CRE values bottomed out in '09 and have recovered half those losses so far, ?but they're not improving enough to meet replacement costs.? And while he feels inflation is being driven more by supply (particularly commodities) and less by Fed policy, he expects the 10-year Treasury to hit more than 3.5% by year's end and to peak to 4.25 to 4.5%  next year: ?I do expect Treasuries to be under pressure.?
