Mark Toro, who also is equally
bullish on Midtown (that helps, since his company owns and is turning around Atlantic Station). "I think Atlanta is
going to become a real city someday, and it's going to happen right here in Midtown," Mark says.
Mark says Atlantic Station has
inked 24 leases in 24 months. It brings the mini-city's retail district from
70% occupied when North American took over in 2011 to
more than 90% today, with such names as
Pig and the Pearl and
Diner. "Those are probably the
biggest game changers since they are chef-driven."
