Placeholder

Sembler's Costco and Publix-anchored Brookhaven development is on the blocks. The Florida firm, which owns Town Brookhaven in a JV with Bell Partners, has put it on the sales block for a price that could reach $160M. The center, developed in 2010 under the then-leadership of Jeff Fuqua, started slow, but has since leased to nearly 95% occupancy, with 26k SF of in-line space inked in the past 18 months, according to Real Estate Alert. Eastdil Secured has been tapped to sell the 460k SF mixed-use powercenter. [REAlert].
