Egbert L. J. Perry, is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of The Integral Group LLC. Founded in 1993 by Mr. Perry, Integral is a real estate development, advisory and investment management company based in Atlanta. Mr. Perry has over 35 years of experience as a real estate professional, including work in urban development, developing and investing in mixed-income, mixed-use communities, affordable/work force housing and commercial real estate projects in markets across the country. Mr. Perry currently serves as Chair of the Advisory Board of the Penn Institute for Urban Research and as a long-time trustee of the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Perry also served from 2002 through 2008 as a director of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta. Mr. Perry has been a Fannie Mae director since December 2008. Mr. Perry was appointed Chairman of Fannie Mae's Board effective March 31, 2014. Steven DeFrancis is the founder and CEO of Cortland. He has more than 25 years of experience in complex multifamily development and management, specializing in unique development and value-add opportunities. Since its founding in 2005, Cortland has expanded into a global, vertically integrated, multifamily real estate investment, development, and asset management company. Anchored on providing a beautiful, yet affordable living environment and an enriched lifestyle to its residents, the company has adopted the unique approach of internalizing the majority of the functions dedicated to achieving those two objectives – from construction and design to product development. Steven and his team manage a portfolio of multifamily assets located in twelve states, primarily throughout the Southeast, Midwest, and Texas. Internationally, Cortland maintains a global materials sourcing office in Shanghai and a development and management platform in the UK. The company employs more than 2,000 associates and owns and manages more than 60,000 apartment homes. Steven earned his bachelor’s degree in Real Estate from The University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business. Scott L. Leventhal is the co-founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Trillist. As a fourth generation developer, Mr. Leventhal has spent two decades in the real estate development business and has created an impressive portfolio of mixed-use and multifamily housing projects in the Southeastern U.S. In 2006 and only at the age of 28, Mr. Leventhal was recognized as one of “Atlanta’s Most Promising Young Stars” by the editors of Atlanta Business Chronicle in their annual “Up and Comers – 40 under 40” feature. Mr. Leventhal is an experienced real estate developer and overseen the development of a high-quality portfolio of residential and mixed-use projects. Mr. Leventhal formally managed Tivoli Properties, Inc. (“Tivoli”), which was one of the nation’s premier real estate investment and development companies. Under his leadership, Tivoli built innovative developments which forever changed the Atlanta landscape for residential condominium living. Within a few years of its formation, Tivoli created a portfolio of award-winning projects with a retail value of nearly $400 million. Because of its rapid acceleration and growth, Tivoli earned recognition as 24th of the top 100 real estate development companies according to Real Estate Forum Magazine’s November 2007 issue. Mr. Leventhal appears frequently as a guest speaker and lecturer on matters involving the real estate development business. In the spring of 2012, Mr. Leventhal appeared as a special, select witness before a U.S. Congressional Committee on the effect of bank failures in the real estate development industry and structured finance programs that involve public-private partnerships. Mr. Leventhal is also a member of Georgia State University’s Honorary Real Estate Board. He frequently lectures before students at Georgia State University’s Masters in Real Estate Development and Finance classes.

Jeffrey S. Fuqua is the founder of Fuqua Development, LP. He was previously Board Member, Partner & President of The Sembler Company. In his nearly 25-year tenure there, Fuqua developed in excess of 14 million square feet in over 80 projects valued at $4 billion. During Jeff's tenure with Sembler, The Atlanta Business Chronicle named The Sembler Company Top Developer for eleven consecutive years since 2000. Major real estate projects include The Prado, Town Brookhaven, Edgewood Retail District, Lindbergh Plaza, Perimeter Place, Lenox Marketplace in Atlanta. In Florida, Fuqua developed Legacy in Palm Beach Gardens, and Boynton Beach Town Center.

Matt Bronfman is a Principal and the Chief Executive Officer of Jamestown. Mr. Bronfman joined the company in 1998 as General Counsel and in 2002 was named Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer. He became CEO in 2012, and is responsible for managing Jamestown’s global operations and overseeing corporate strategy and execution. Under Matt’s leadership, Jamestown has grown its portfolio of assets in the U.S. and expanded into Latin America and Europe. Mr. Bronfman has more than 25 years of experience in real estate and has led the acquisition, redevelopment and oversight for over $20 billion in projects, including Chelsea Market in New York City, Ponce City Market in Atlanta, Industry City in Brooklyn, the Innovation and Design Building in Boston, and Ghirardelli Square in San Francisco. Prior to joining Jamestown, Mr. Bronfman practiced law at Holland & Knight. He currently serves on the boards for the Atlanta BeltLine Partnership, the Metro Atlanta Chamber, the Jewish Federations of North America, and is Board Chair of the Jewish Federation of Greater Atlanta. Mr. Bronfman also serves as President of the board of Directors for the Jamestown Charitable Foundation, which supports nonprofits to help make cities more enjoyable places to live and work. He has been recognized as a leader in the industry and is a recipient of the Real Estate Roundtable President’s Circle Award; New York Observer’s 100 Most Powerful People in New York Real Estate in 2013 and 2014; Commercial Observer’s Top 100 Most Powerful People in Commercial Real Estate from 2015 to 2020; Atlanta Business Chronicle’s Most Admired CEO in 2017; 2019’s 100 Most Influential Georgians by Georgia Trend; and Atlanta Magazine’s Top 500 Most Powerful Leaders of 2019. Mr. Bronfman graduated Phi Beta Kappa and summa cum laude from Tufts University in Boston and attended law school at Northwestern University in Evanston, IL, graduating magna cum laude.

Stephanie Friese is a strategic advocate and negotiator who represents commercial real estate clients across the United States in both transactional and litigation matters. She is a founding and managing partner of Pursley Friese Torgrimson. Previously, she founded and managed Friese Legal for 13 years as one of the first woman-owned, woman-managed law firms certified by Women’s Business Enterprise National Council. Stephanie is involved in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, from acquisition of land, to leasing, foreclosure, construction, and disposition. While she makes every effort to minimize a client’s inherent risks, she also litigates her client’s real estate issues related to the development, leasing and management of real estate. Her clients include businesses that own and develop properties, as well as lenders, owners and investors involved in financing, acquisitions and dispositions of commercial office and industrial properties across the country. She brings extensive experience in all matters related to commercial real estate law and litigation for retail, industrial, office and mixed use property.

Ms. Rivers is a Partner with Lexicon Strategies, focusing her practice on public and government affairs, commercial real estate, infrastructure, public finance, community development and organizational management. Clients include commercial real estate owners and developers, governments, community improvement districts (CIDs) and civic organizations in pursuit of successful public-private partnerships. Her attention to technical, political and financial strategies leverages resources and drives value. Through these partnerships, complex initiatives are successfully – and cooperatively – delivered. Throughout her career, Ms. Rivers played instrumental roles in public-private partnerships such as Truist Park, the Atlanta Braves’ $1.3B stadium and mixed-use development; the Northwest Corridor Express Lanes, an $875M segment of Georgia’s managed lanes system; and numerous roads, bridges, parks, trails, and other community improvements. Ms. Rivers easily migrates between the disparate interests of business, politics and planning to keep collective efforts moving forward. A leading expert on CIDs, Ms. Rivers is deeply familiar with both the policy and practice of these uniquely powerful public-private mechanisms. She guides commercial real estate owners of all sizes – from institutional REITs to small property owners – along with local, state and federal governments through the complicated process of jointly managing infrastructure needs. Ms. Rivers oversaw the formation of the Chamblee Doraville CID and continues as its Executive Director. She advises local governments on CID feasibility and oversees their engagement with the private sector. She also spent more than two decades at the helm of the Cumberland CID, developing it into one of the most successful in the country. Under her leadership, Cumberland successfully leveraged $140M in commercial real estate value into more than $2B in capital improvements, allowing the submarket to grow an additional 6M square feet, or $3B worth of commercial and multifamily real estate value. A four-time ‘Notable Georgian, by Georgia Trend Magazine, Ms. Rivers also was honored with a ‘100 Influential Women to Know’ distinction by the American Council of Engineering Companies, a ‘25 Power Women to Watch’ by Atlanta Woman magazine, a ‘40 Under 40’ by both Georgia Trend Magazine and Atlanta Business Chronicle, and a ‘Woman of Achievement’ by the YWCA. Ms. Rivers completed a series of executive leadership programs at Harvard Business School and will receive her Certificate of Management Excellence in Fall 2020. In earlier capacities, Ms. Rivers was with regional planning agencies and boutique consulting firms in Atlanta and Washington, D.C. She holds a B.S. from Virginia Tech and is an avid hiker, an enthusiastic world traveler, and a volunteer helping to feed, clothe and house those in need. She lives in Atlanta with her two children.

Yvonne Williams has an exceptional record of successes in building public/private partnerships to expand financial resources and implement projects that have produced positive changes for communities. A visionary with extensive knowledge about Georgia and economic development, she has a particular talent for grasping a project or issue and finding solutions. During the past 25 years, as a chief executive, she has helped mold downtown revitalization, industrial development and comprehensive economic development strategy and advocacy in various capacities with the Cobb Chamber of Commerce, Athens Area Chamber of Commerce, the Madison-Morgan County Chamber of Commerce, the Americus-Sumter County Chamber of Commerce, the Bristol Tennessee/Virginia Economic Development Partnership and the Georgia Chamber of Commerce. Most recently, Williams has been the catalyst in the forming business/government partnerships to leverage $500 million in the next five years in major transportation and infrastructure improvements in metro Atlanta's important Perimeter area - one of the largest Class A office markets in the Southern United States. Williams was selected president of the newly formed DeKalb Perimeter Community Improvement District in 1999. She was appointed president of the joint DeKalb/Fulon PCIDs, which she helped organize, in 2001. Through Williams' leadership, this precedent-setting collaborative of the largest urban communities in Georgia is spearheading projects such as the following: $20 million in intersection and streetscape improvements to improve traffic flow, pedestrian accessibility and attractiveness, $6.5 million in Livable Centers Initiative grants from the Atlanta Regional Commission to help create "smart growth" live, work, and play centers, accelerated construction of a $35 million Perimeter Center Parkway Flyover Bridge over I-285 to provide alternative access to commuters, and residents and shoppers

As Executive Director for the Perimeter Community Improvement Districts (PCIDs), Ann Hanlon is in charge of the organization’s daily operations, as well as its investments in transportation infrastructure. The CIDs have an annual operating budget of over $8 million. Previously, Ann was the Executive Director of the North Fulton CID for 13 years, beginning when it was a start-up. Prior to entering the CID space, Ann served as a Senior Program Specialist at the Atlanta Regional Commission. She began her career in the private sector, as a Research and Development Analyst with Press Ganey & Associates, a healthcare consulting firm in South Bend, Indiana. A native of South Georgia, Ann received a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in Government and Computer Science from the University of Notre Dame, and a Masters of Public Administration degree in Management and Finance from Georgia State University. Ann was honored as the “Woman of the Year” by the Women’s Transportation Seminar Atlanta Chapter in November 2016. In April 2015 and again in 2017, Governor Nathan Deal appointed Ann to the Board of Directors for the Georgia Regional Transportation Authority where she serves on the Projects and Planning committees. Ann was named a “Notable Georgian” by Georgia Trend Magazine in 2017, one of the Atlanta Business Chronicle’s “Women Who Mean Business” in 2015 and as one of Georgia Trend Magazine’s “40 under 40” in 2012 and 2018. In 2021, she was included among a prestigious group of leaders in James Magazine’s Most Influential Georgians. In 2019, she served as Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Council for Quality Growth as the Council’s first female Chairman. Additionally, Ann serves on the Board of Directors for the Women’s’ Transportation Seminar, Atlanta Chapter, the Greater North Fulton Chamber of Commerce, the Sandy Springs and Dunwoody Perimeter Chambers of Commerce, and the DeKalb Chamber of Commerce. In 2020, Ann was appointed by CEO Michael Thurmond to the DeKalb County COVID-19 task force, and continues to serve in that capacity as a representative of large business interests in Perimeter during the pandemic. Ann is a graduate of the Regional Leadership Institute of the Atlanta Regional Commission (2010) and Leadership North Fulton (2006). Personally, Ann is a volunteer with the Girl Scouts of Metro Atlanta, a member of All Saints Catholic Church and a sustainer with the Junior League of Atlanta. She lives in Dunwoody with her husband, Michael, and their two daughters.

Emory Morsberger took the helm as Executive Director of Gateway85 CID on April 15, 2019. Emory comes with a long history of involvement in the development, management and growth of community improvement districts in Georgia, including his involvement with the Tucker Summit CID and Lilburn CID, as president. He was instrumental in forming the Gateway85 CID (formerly Gwinnett Village CID) in 2005, where he also has served on the board of directors. He has a strong vision for the area and will continue to gain momentum with his plan for the future of the largest CID in Georgia.
