Mike Gray serves as President for Ridgeline Property Group’s operations in the United States. He is responsible for business procurement, site selection, development management, construction management, leasing, contract negotiation, operational overhead and the day to day operations. Mike has over 24 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and has developed more than 25 million SF of industrial and office projects. Prior to co-founding RPG, Mike was with Panattoni Development Company for 10 years and the Partner responsible for the firm’s development and acquisition activities in the Southeast region of the United States. Preceding Mike’s career at Panattoni, he served as the Senior Vice-President for Duke Realty Corporation.

Larry Callahan has been the Chief Executive Officer of Pattillo Industrial Real Estate since 2005. He joined the Pattillo Companies as Chief Financial Officer in 1985. He began his professional career in the Atlanta office of Arthur Andersen & Co. He is a CPA and a member of the Georgia Society of CPA’s and the American Institute of CPA’s. While taking on increasing responsibilities with Pattillo, he has been involved in numerous civic activities including the Board of Advisors of the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce. He was the 2011 Chairman of the Regional Business Coalition of Metropolitan Atlanta and is the current Chairman of the Stone Mountain Community Improvement District. He is a member of the Atlanta Rotary Club and is on the Executive Committee of Atlanta’s Irish Chamber of Commerce. He is a member of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals. Larry has been married since 1977 to his high school sweetheart and is the proud father of three productive adult children. As the children were growing up, he was head coach for their athletic teams for 33 seasons through the YMCA of Cobb County. All of his children have advanced degrees and they have collectively blessed him with four granddaughters. Larry earned a Bachelor degree in Industrial Management from Georgia Tech with highest honors followed by an MBA in Finance from Indiana University.

Brittany Holtzclaw serves as Director, Global Commerce for the Georgia Department of Economic Development (GDEcD). In this role, her focus is to increase jobs and investment through locating and expanding businesses in the Logistics, Energy, Agribusiness and Food Processing sectors. Holtzclaw joined the department in 2012. Prior to joining GDEcD, Holtzclaw worked in the economic development divisions of Georgia EMC and Partnership Gwinnett. She has also worked for the Greater Hall Chamber of Commerce as well as the Dahlonega-Lumpkin County Chamber of Commerce Holtzclaw and her team located 4,654 jobs and $800 million of investment in FY17.Some of their recent locations have been ASOS, Amazon, Safavieh, Tory Burch and Variety Wholesalers. She holds a degree in Business Administration from University of North Georgia.

From Clayco’s offices in Atlanta, Georgia, Mike serves as the Southeastern Regional Manager responsible for expanding the company’s growth in the Southeast. Focusing primarily on industrial development, Clayco will be seeking development and design/build opportunities in all types of product. With over 40 years of experience, Mike has developed over 20 industrial parks and over 25 million square feet of industrial buildings throughout the U.S.

As Principal and Division President at Catamount, Scott brings 28 years of construction industry experience which he uses to guide operational excellence and project success. After starting Catamount’s Atlanta office in 1999, Scott quickly established the company as a highly respected, go-to general contractor within the southeast region of the United States. He then went on to help launch the San Antonio office in 2011, where he focuses on improving processes and procedures that ensure project success for all team partners. As a skilled leader, Scott is committed to providing an enjoyable and rewarding experience for employees, partners, and clients—a testimony to his commitment to Catamount’s core values to “enjoy relationships” and “share success.” Scott earned a Bachelor of Science in Building Science from Auburn University.

As President and Chief Executive Officer, and a company founding partner, Tim holds overall responsibility for shaping the Core5 vision, strategy and organizational structure, including the charge to raise capital for future real estate funds and maintaining long-standing relationships with institutional owners. He interacts regularly with the Japanese parent, Kajima, on behalf of their industrial interests. Recognized by his peers as an industry leader, Tim has been named to the “Who’s Who” list by the Atlanta Business Chronicle numerous times and chosen by Commercial Property News magazine as one of the top three executives in industrial real estate. He is a graduate of Leadership Atlanta, the nation’s oldest and most distinguished community leadership development program and a member of the Rotary Club of Atlanta. Tim currently sits on the Board of Directors of Batson-Cook Development Company, a sister company to Core5 in the Kajima USA portfolio. A testament to his passion for education, Tim is a trustee of the Georgia State University Foundation, a member of the Board of Directors for Teach for America and serves on the Endowment Board for The Paideia School, a non-profit school founded by parents who want an individualized, creative and intellectually challenging education for their children. A long-active member of the environmental community, Tim currently sets on the Board of the Million Mile Greenway, a non-profit group that supports the building of trails for recreational purposes, and previously served on the Board of Trustees of the Georgia Conservancy, a state-wide environmental organization dedicated to the appreciation and protection of Georgia’s natural environment. He holds a membership in the Urban Land Institute’s (ULI) Sustainable Development Council and is a former member of the Alumni Steering Committee for the University of Georgia Warnell School of Forestry and Natural Resources. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Forestry Resources from the University of Georgia in Athens, Georgia, and a Master in Business Administration degree in Finance from Georgia State University in Atlanta. He stays actively involved in the real estate community as a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and the Real Estate Group of Atlanta. Tim previously served 25 years as a founding member of Kajima’s former industrial company, IDI, where he functioned as President and CEO.

As President of Graham Commercial Properties, Gardner Lee is responsible for all aspects of GCP including coordinating the asset strategy of the company’s portfolio, acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and management. Mr. Lee reports to the Board of Directors of GCP. Mr. Lee started his real estate career with Graham & Company in 1993 and remained with that firm through 2013. During his tenure with Graham & Co, Mr. Lee held the positions of Property Manager, Leasing/Sales Agent, Managing Broker and Managing Partner. Mr. Lee opened all of the Graham & Co offices outside of Birmingham and was an integral part of the growth of that firm. Mr. Lee’s broad knowledge and hands-on operational experience in all disciplines of owning, managing, leasing, acquiring and disposing of commercial real estate allows him to add tremendous value to the GCP Portfolio. As evidence, Mr. Lee is one of few that have earned both the SIOR and CPM designations from the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors and the Institute of Real Estate Management respectively. Mr. Lee earned a Bachelor in Arts in both History and Economics from Auburn University and an MBA from the University of Alabama.

Ryan Hoyt is a Vice President, Leasing Officer with Prologis. He acts as the single point of contact for all items involved with a company leasing space. Ryan has over 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Throughout the day, he works closely with business executives, commercial real estate brokers, property managers, and attorneys in the leasing and marketing of Prologis' Atlanta & Savannah portfolios. Prologis feels strongly about supporting the communities it serves. As such, he is an active board member of the following organizations: Gwinnett Village CID, NAIOP Georgia, Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, and Shepherd Center’s Advisory Board. Ryan earned his Bachelor in Business Administration, majoring in Real Estate, from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia. He is also a two time recipient of the NAIOP Georgia’s Top Producer Award and consistently ranks as a Top Ten Producer with the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors’.

David Welch is a Partner with Robinson Weeks Partners, and has overall responsibility for the firm’s development and acquisition activities as well as its build-to- suit programs. The firm structures ventures with public and private entities to develop master planned parks and creates exceptional build-to- suit programs for clients needing a trusted and experienced advisor to acquire and develop their facilities. Mr. Welch overseas the redevelopment of Gillem Logistics Center, an 1168 acre master planned logistics center that can accommodate more than 8 million square feet of e-commerce and distribution facilities. Prior to joining Robinson Weeks Partners, Mr. Welch was the Southeast Regional President for LNR Properties, LLC., where he had overall responsibility of all acquisitions, developments, investments, operations and dispositions. The portfolio included land, industrial and mixed-use assets exceeding $100 million. Before joining LNR Properties, he held senior leadership positions with ProLogis for nearly thirteen years. Mr. Welch started his commercial real estate career with CB Commercial where he specialized in leasing and selling industrial properties. Mr. Welch received a business degree from the University of Kansas and an MBA from The George Washington University. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Council for Quality Growth and is active with the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP).

As Market Officer, Ryan Wood oversees leasing, asset management, capital development and capital recycling efforts for the Atlanta and Central Florida regions. Ryan previously served as Vice President of Corporate Development working closely with the Corporate Development team to help manage business development activities and strategic planning. Before joining IDI Gazeley, Ryan was part of JLL’s Industrial Services group where some of his notable projects included Life Science Logistics, Rite Aid, Ollie’s, Herbalife, and Exel. His expertise includes tenant representation, acquisition, disposition, and financing services. He was also a co-creator of JLL’s proprietary geospatial tool - BlackbirdTM. Prior to JLL, Ryan worked with The Dilweg Companies, a private equity real estate firm in Durham, NC performing leasing, acquisition, and disposition services. Ryan earned two degrees from Duke University: a BA in Sociology with certificate in Markets and Management and a graduate degree in Humanities. He was the recipient of the National Football Foundation award for the top senior football student-athlete at Duke University for academic performance. Ryan is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and the Young Council of Realtors. He received the Costar Power Broker award which is presented to brokers who closed the highest transaction volume in commercial property sales and leases in their respective market. Ryan also serves on The Board of Directors at The Study Hall. The Study Hall is an after school and summer camp program serving K - 5th graders in the greater Peoplestown community in Atlanta, offering an educational and enrichment curriculum.

Cory Singer opens the line of communication to get investment-grade building projects done. With over 20 years focused on strategic planning and business development for general contractors and architecture & engineering firms, Cory’s efforts since joining FCL builders in 2011 have assisted the company in entering the Dallas/Ft Worth, Southeast, West and Desert Southwest markets. As Vice President of Business Development & Pre-Construction, Cory is charged with coordinating the company’s business development, sales and pre-construction efforts to ensure FCL Builders grows and maintains the reputation that has earned a 97% customer retention rate.
