The Jacy Method!
Last night, we headed to WeWork Dupont Circle for a very special workout with professional trainer and former college football player Jacy Cunningham. The workout was part of their Wellness Wednesdays program, which WeWork D.C. has partnered with wellness providers to promote wellness in both the mind and body. We snapped Cunningham leading WeWork participants on the ground floor of their space.
