Women Making History!

Tuesday night, we headed to the Carnegie Institution for Science on 16th Street for the National Women's History Museum's annual Women Making History Awards!

Women Making History Honors is a reception and awards program that recognizes a select group of women who have made a significant contribution to their field and serve as an inspiration to women everywhere. Here, former first lady of the United States and honoree Laura Bush joins Marie Royce, an early supporter and patron of the National Women's History Museum.

Prior to the program, we joined guests in the beautiful foyer of the Carnegie Institution for a reception. Here, the Reagan Building's Jan Du Plain joins Dickinson Wright's Dennis Whittlesey and his wife, Susan Davis International's Judy Whittlesey
