Keeping Our Promise!
Last night, we headed to N Street Village for the groundbreaking and ribbon-cutting ceremony concluding the Keeping Our Promise capital campaign.

We snapped N Street's chief development officer, Stuart Allen, with executive director Schroeder Stribling, capital campaign co-chair Ruth Sorenson with N Street supporter Joanne Goldstein and one of N Street's founders, Norm Goldstein.

The Keeping Our Promise campaign raised $9M to update the aging buildings and expand life-saving programs. Here D.C. council member Jack Evans joins DHCD director Polly Donaldson, Evans' staffer Sherri Kimbel and N Street attorney Aaron O'Toole.

Mayor Muriel Bowser touched upon the importance of N Street Village and the impact it has had on directly changing the city and helping those most vulnerable.

To ensure N Street is able to keep its promise to each and every woman who comes through its doors, N Street Village launched the campaign. Here, N Street supporter Dale McDaniel joins the honorary co-chairs of the capital campaign, Linda and Tom Daschle.

Attendees enjoyed a reception prior to the ceremony with baked goods and various beverages being served. Here, N Street Village board chair Peter Shields joins NPR's Portia Robertson Migas, attorney Eric Hermann and supporters Margaret Maring and Dale McDaniel.
