We chatted with our waiter, Chris Boitel, at great upscale casual Mexican restaurant Bandolero. We usually talk to chefs or GMs, but it takes lots of people to perfect a restaurant. The MD native, who graduated from St. John's and U MD, spent 10 years at restaurants like Ardeo and Bibiana, before joining chef Mike Isabella for last Mays opening of the Georgetown hotspot. We loved the Brussels sprouts and the suckling pig taco with apple and cilantro.
