GCDC co-owner Bruce Klores thinks he has set the Guinness World Record for the most grilled cheese sandwiches ever consumed by one person. At our Super Schmooze this Thursday, we have 25 great chefs, fantastic open bar with specialty cocktails, and top business networking, in a fun atmosphere and no long lines. Bruce will hand out grilled cheese ladyfingers stuffed with bacon, jalapeno and cheddar cheese. Join us.
