MANIK RATH - LMI
In 2005, Manik Rath became the Chief Legal Officer for LMI, which provides management consulting for government agencies in the US—for instance, the Departments of Commerce, Defense, and Homeland Security—and in other countries such as Saudi Arabia, Sweden and Brazil. He recently led a project to build a Class-A, LEED Gold office building for its new headquarters; LMI moved into the 11-story Tysons building in December. Looking ahead, Manik says he expects LMI will continue to be successful winning new contracts and renewing old ones, and may acquire a company or two. Before coming to LMI, Manik co-founded Alion Science and Technology Corp and worked at McGuireWoods and Baker & McKenzie.
