About The Asset

One Thomas Circle is named after Union Army Maj. Gen. George Henry Thomas. The center of the neighboring traffic circle features a 16-foot bronze equestrian statue of Thomas, erected in 1879.

Bridging this historical legacy with modern innovation, One Thomas Circle is an example of D.C.’s flight-to-quality workplace evolution. This LEED Gold-certified asset is a sustainable, wellness-driven workplace.

Recent capital improvements have delivered top-tier amenities, including a newly renovated lobby and a modern fitness center. The property also features a high-end third-floor amenity facility that includes a tenant lounge with indoor-outdoor access to the atrium terrace and three separate conference rooms, highlighted by a boardroom for 40-plus people overlooking Thomas Circle.

With floor plates designed to maximize natural light and showcase sweeping views of Thomas Circle, the building offers premium suites ranging from 1,500 SF to 22K SF, available in both open and office-intensive layouts. The building features ample on-site parking and sits blocks away from McPherson Square and Farragut North Metro stations, providing seamless transit throughout the D.C. Metro region.
