Visualizing What Could Be

Three years ago, Stefan Martinovic was working in commercial real estate and struggled to find tools to help visualize the potential of development projects. So he left his job to launch Create, a web-based information platform that creates scenarios for development projects and models financial and economic feasibility. Slated for public release in January, it has interactive 3-D city maps loaded with property data. Stefan, who also worked as a financial analyst for DOD and a hedge fund associate, says Create will have a free version and a subscription version.
