JBG's Central Place In Rosslyn Signs Fast-Casual Chains

Placeholder

JBG's Central Place in Rosslyn will change Arlington's skyline with two 31-story towers, one office and one residential. The project also has a two-story retail deck with tenants that are beginning to come into focus

The developer has signed or is close to signing with Sweetgreen, Nando's Peri-Peri, Compass Coffee, and The Little Beet, and is also in talks with Cava Grill, the Washington Business Journal reports.

Sweetgreen, Cava and Nando's are among the fastest-growing fast-casual chains in the region.

CEB employees will get to enjoy all of these options as the tech company signed a 350k SF lease to anchor the office tower and plans to move in early 2018. The neighboring residential tower is expected to start leasing early next year and the retail is slated to open Q3 2017. [WBJ]
