The Bozzuto Group has announced the promotion of two veteran female executives to top positions. Julie Smith has been named chief administrative officer of The Bozzuto Group. Stephanie Williams has been promoted to president of Bozzuto Management Co.

Julie has been with the firm since 1989 and has held the post of president of Bozzuto Management since 1994. In the newly created position, she'll oversee the strategic direction for key corporate departments and report directly to president and CEO Toby Bozzuto. “Throughout her tenure with the company, Julie has remained a champion of our core values and has been instrumental in developing the Bozzuto brand of today, making her the obvious choice to help me shape the future of The Bozzuto Group,” says Toby.

Stephanie is a 10-year veteran of the firm and currently serves as SVP of advisory services and business development

Both promotions will be effective Jan. 1, 2016. Bozzuto recently discussed the gender gap in the traditionally male-dominated real estate industry and expressed his desire to bring more women into senior positions.
