    Thanks to $10M in renovations, the award-winning office park has been revitalized and has reclaimed its ranking as one of the premier office parks in Northern Virginia.

    The five building Class-A office park now boasts a new state-of-the-art conference facility, a 3k SF fitness center, and outdoor Collaborative Working Spaces, which include a terrace with full grilling and entertaining capabilities.

    Location: Rockville, MD

    Poised just half an hour’s drive from downtown Washington, DC, Research Office Center (ROC270) is comprised of three seven-story Class-A office buildings.  

    2277 Research Blvd received a $9M renovation that featured a completely redesigned lobby, upgrades to the exterior façade, new restrooms and common areas on all floors, and fully renovated elevator cabs and mechanical system.

    Recent renovations to the campus include a brand-new 30-person conference center, a tenant-exclusive fitness studio with locker rooms, beautifully updated interiors and extensive improvements to the green campus. ROC270 also offers multiple on-site food options, including a recently renovated deli and a brand-new Avenue C fresh vending concept.
