Octave 1320 Project to Bring 102 Condos to Silver Spring

This fall, Promark Real Estate Services will bring 102 new condos to Silver Spring with its Octave 1320, a Class-C office to residential conversion project just two blocks from a Metro station at 1320 Fenwick Lane. Units will be split between 33 two-bedroom condos and 69 one-bedrooms with prices starting in the low $200ks. ProMark’s goal was to provide more affordable condo units and had its architect design smaller units that maximized space while making the condos look and feel larger. “We think there’s an incredibly underserved market of people who can’t afford a million-dollar condo in Bethesda who are looking to own,” says ProMark director of development Pete McLaughlin. Two-bedroom units average 800 SF and one-bedrooms average 500 SF. Additional features of the building include a rooftop lounge, first-floor commons areas, a fitness center and basement storage space.
