Lerner Proposes 13-Story Residential Tower for Navy Yard

Lerner Enterprises filed plans with the Board of Zoning Adjustment on Monday for a proposed 13-story residential development in Navy Yard. The development is located two blocks north of Nationals Park at 1000 S Capitol St SE, right around the corner from the old Capitol Ballroom. Plans call for between 300 and 360 residential units with 225 parking spaces, Urban Turf reports. The developer had previously planned a 320k SF office building on the site.
