One of the newest, most expensive buildings in DC in Hines' $700M CityCenter development, Apartments at CityCenter offers a private rooftop dog walk and park called “SkyBark.” In DC, every species loves a good rooftop amenity.

3. Gallery Bethesda

4. Skyhouse DC

This brand-new, luxury building comes with "Grrroom," a self-service dog-washing station that's open 24 hours. Considering all the new apartment construction in Southwest, Grrroom is Skyhouse's way of letting apartment-shoppers know the doggy door is open to them.

5. 2M Street

In addition to an in-house half-court basketball court, Air Buds living in 2M can play with Emmy, the property manager’s English bulldog, who has play dates with canines and humans alike. She has her own Instagram feed and is a very good dog. Yes, she is.

6. RiverHouse

The oldest building on our list (it turns 60 in 2017) has been renovated and refurbished, partly with four-legged friends in mind. Dogs have tons of space to roam in the giant dog park, and it's a few blocks from Costco, for buying food in bulk.
