EagleBank Finances Construction Of

68-Unit Dupont Circle Condo Project

EagleBank has provided a loan to N Street Venture, LLC, a JV between affiliates of Madison Homes, The Resmark Companies and Innovative Development Group, for construction of a 68-unit high-end condominium project located in the Dupont Circle area at 1745 N Street, NW, to be known as 1745N. Five historic row homes will be converted into 29 condominium units, to be known as “The Row,” which will feature ceiling heights up to 12 feet, large windows and unique floorplans. Separated by a courtyard, a new six-story tower, “The Flats,” will contain 36 market-rate units and three inclusionary zoning units. The project team also includes, Duball, LLC, McWilliams Ballard and Bozzuto Construction. Construction has commenced and sales are expected to begin this spring.
