The Newest Town Center Project

Rockville will be home to the DC region's next town center, thanks partly to acquisition financing from EagleBank. The project is 2M SF of commercial and residential development, with the first phase replacing two office buildings along Choke Cherry Rd., with new mixed-use buildings. They’ll be anchored by a grocery story and joined by restaurants. The EagleBank financing is also available for leasing at the project’s other existing buildings, pending their redevelopment.
