EagleBank Provides FHA Refinance Loan

For Donatelli's Petworth Apartment Building

EagleBank is proud to announce the execution of yet another Federal Housing Administration (FHA) insured multifamily loan, under the 223(f) program. The loan is a refinance loan of the Griffin Apartments at 3801 Georgia Ave. NW. It refinances a construction and interim loan provided by EagleBank for the ground-up construction of a 49-unit market-rate apartment building in the vibrant and emerging Petworth Neighborhood in D.C. Steps away from Petworth Metro and Columbia Heights, the project was developed by Donatelli Development through 3801 Georgia Avenue, LLC. The FHA loan was securitized by EagleBank through Ginnie Mae MBS issuance in September 2017.
