EagleBank Executes Second Loan
With FHA Ginnie Mae Program
EagleBank has executed its second FHA-insured multifamily loan, a refinance under the 223 (f) program with 1901-03 Lincoln Road, LLC, owned by Karen and Larry McAdoo. The FHA loan was used to refinance an interim EagleBank loan to bridge the financing of the 24-unit multifamily apartment building located at 1901–1903 Lincoln Road NE in Washington, D.C. The FHA loan was securitized by EagleBank in June 2017, representing its second Ginnie Mae MBS I issuance. EagleBank is proud to have a permanent financing solution with its new FHA/Ginnie Mae execution capabilities that enables the bank to maintain a long-term relationship with its borrower through the provision of 30-year fixed rate permanent financing.
