Study Finds WeWork Is Overvalued,

But Still Worth $15B

WeWork has a value around $15B, rather than the $18B reported when it received new investment in March, an academic study has found. But that 18% overvaluation made it one of the least overvalued "unicorn" companies in the study, which examined 135 tech startups valued at $1B or more and found an average overvaluation of 50%.
