With EagleBank For 14th Street Redevelopment

EagleBank is pleased to announce an expansion of its relationship with Fivesquares Development and Whitman-Walker Health. Construction financing has been provided as the Borrower seeks to redevelop the site, located at the corner of 14th and R streets NW, into a 166K SFmixed-use property. The future improvements will include 78 multi-family units and 80K SF of office and retail space. Upon completion, Whitman-Walker, which has been located on the 14th Street corridor since 1987, intends to re-occupy a portion of the space.
