ZOM Living Gets Financing For

Bethesda Multifamily Project

EagleBank is pleased to announce its first transaction with ZOM Living, a residential developer based in Tysons Corner. The financing provided acquisition funds for a parcel at the corner of Edgemoor Lane and Arlington Road in Bethesda. The site is being positioned for redevelopment into a mid-rise multi-family residential community, coming on the heels of the recently approved Bethesda Downtown Sector Plan. It is located just two blocks from the Bethesda Metro Station and a short walk to Bethesda Row and near the future Marriott International, Inc. headquarters.
