EagleBank Executes First FHA Ginnie Mae Loan

With 108-Unit West Virginia Apartments

EagleBank is proud to announce the execution of its first Federal Housing Administration insured multifamily loan. The loan was provided to RJCPTP, LLC (Robert Pierce). The FHA loan refinanced a short-term interim loan provided by EagleBank to bridge the financing of the 108-unit multifamily apartment complex located in Martinsburg, West Virginia. The FHA loan was securitized by EagleBank as its first Ginnie Mae MBS I issuance in June 2017.
