WeWork To Launch Crystal City WeLive In May

The co-working king will soon unveil its much-anticipated work-live mashup in Northern Virginia.

WeWork will debut its new WeLive co-living community in Crystal City to the public on May 1. WeLive will fuse communal living with a large-scale residential development, reports Urban Turf.

WeWork converted an office building at 2221 S Clark St to a residential project that will uses shared spaces and amenities like a yoga studio, shared chef's kitchen, bundled WiFi and cable service, and housekeeping services. WeLive will offer unit sizes from studios to three-bedrooms. A select group of residents is currently beta-testing the units.

According to WeLive's website, prospective resident can start booking beds in shared rooms in the project for under $900/month. [UT]
