Atlantic Plumbing Condos Hit The Market

The distinctive Morris Adjmi-designed glass building across from the 9:30 Club is ready for its next phase: finding new residents. Today, JBG and Walton Street Capital announced that the 62 condos of 2030 8th Street are now for sale. Prices start in the high $300s and go for as much $1.9M.

The amenities for this new hot spot include public terraces, a restaurant, and a fitness center. The interior design details—from the cabinets to the kitchen sink—will pay homage to the site’s past life as a plumbing supply warehouse. Thankfully, no homage has been paid to the warehouse’s exterior wall which, at the time of its demolition, was covered in used gum.
