Suddenly Baltimoreans seem happier. 350 joined Bisnow this morning at the Bmore Four Seasons, where Robert Charles Lesser's Adam Drucker(second from left) mentioned freer capital markets and more equity poking around locally. MacKenzie Commercials Mark Deering says Bmore's latest employment growth beat DCs. Greenberg Gibbons CEO Brian Gibbons says soft goods retailers are back in the game and some homebuilders have even said condominiums lately. And Bozzuto Group prez Toby Bozzuto(far right) says the heated multifamily market is chasing out the out-of-towners, leaving the locals to do what they do. And while rent growth is finite, thats also true in DC, he says, where land costs twice the price. Are those bulls we hear running, Baltimore?
