Cindy Cogil and Craig St. Clair, SmithGroup

The 34-year-old Cogil is the firm's lead mechanical engineer. She is a nationally recognized expert in sustainable design and was the lead engineer on the Chesapeake Bay Foundation headquarters, the first LEED Platinum building in the US. Recent projects for 29-year-old architect St. Clair include Akridge's Carroll Square, Carr America's Terrell Place and Shooshan's Liberty Center. St. Clair heads the SmithGroup's Christmas in April effort and is an aspiring pilot.

Calvin Gladney, Anacostia Waterfront Corporation
VP Gladney handled negotiations for a 6-acre, $80mm mixed-use development on the Anacostia Waterfront and manages relationships with DC's Office of Planning and the Historic Preservation Review Board, among others. AHarvard Law grad and former Latham & Watkins attorney, the 34-year-old Gladney is on the executive committee of ULI Washington.

Falls works with CB superstars Rob Faktorow and Terry Reiley handling big landlord rep deals like South Lake at Dulles Corner. A relative newcomer to real estate, 31-year-old Falls nearly made the PGA tour and impressed his bosses when he eagled his the first hole on their first ever outing. Shortly after joining the Virginia office, 26-year-old Miller claimed CBRE's Regional Rookie of the Year award and started a nationwide junior broker program for the firm. Known as a "fearless networker," his bosses expect him to soon be one of the regions' top brokers.

Ryan Wade, MRP Realty
A founding principal of MRP Realty, 34-year old Wade is described as a "deal animal" who has brought in over 20 million SF of new deals in the past 20 months including Washington Gateway and Potomac Yards. As you've read here before, Wade is a former UNC lacrosse star and has a Masters of Real Estate from Johns Hopkins.
