Hedonism on the Move

Toronto Other

The club that brought hedonistic lifestyle into the public mainstream has packed up and left 1032 Queen W, its 100-year-old, three-storey Victorian building. (We're sure anyone who's been has at least three stories.)

Club Wicked has been a visible staple on Queen W since 2003. According to a contact at the club, there's no final decision on where it's moving: “A good location, not right downtown, but accessible.” Esbin Realty’s Philip Pick tells us he now has a conditional deal with a “good tenant” after the Club Wicked folks were asked to leave after the lease expired, but he couldn’t share more. The building was listed at just over $16k per month—3k SF of space on the ground floor, licensed for a bar, and 4,500 SF on the second and third floors.
