Oxford Properties plans to develop The HUB, a new 60-storey, 1.4M SF office tower at 30 Bay St.

The waterfront development — named for its proximity to the harbour, Union Station and Bay Street — is to be designed by U.K.-based architects Rogers Stirk Harbour & Partners.

Oxford and the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board purchased the property from PortsToronto last May for $96M. The development plan calls for The HUB to incorporate the historic Toronto Harbour Commission building into its design.
