Nobel REIT Makes Montreal's 2039-2047 Stanley Ave Its New HQ

Nobel REIT is set to acquire 50% of the units of Société en commandite 2045 Stanley, the limited partnership that owns the office building at 2039-2047 Stanley St in Montreal (above). The REIT’s presence in downtown Montreal represents a new step in its growth, said CEO Jean Teasdale, noting the trust will be moving its head office there as soon as possible and that Chambre des notaires du Québec also will be a future tenant. The Nobel deal includes 50% of the shares of 9301-6897 Québec Inc, which is general partner of 2045 Stanley LP and is 100% owned by Fiducie Notariale Immobilière. Aggregate purchase price is $12.5M.
