Oxford Properties’ MNP Tower in Vancouver is NAIOP’s office project of the year, a “trophy asset” that organization CEO Thomas Bisacquino says has had a major impact on the local marketplace. Designed by architects Kohn Pedersen Fox, the 35-storey, 270k SF tower—launched on spec in 2011 in partnership with CPPIB—is part of the four-building, 1.1M SF Oxford Place commercial complex, alongside The Marine Building, Guinness Tower and Oceanic Plaza. MNP Tower opened in 2015 and is 100% leased to 25 tenants, including anchor MNP (56k SF on seven floors) and CBRE (29k SF).
