EY has inked a deal to locate its HQ at Montreal’s Maison Manuvie, taking 86k SF over four floors at the Manulife- and Ivanhoé Cambridge-owned 27-storey tower. The firm plans to create a new work environment for its 750 employees that is “conducive to collaboration, teamwork and technology integration.” Ivanhoé office senior vice president Bernard Poliquin said the deal confirms the market’s keen interest in cutting-edge spaces that meet the high standards and "evolving expectations" of tenants, their employees and clients. Manulife will occupy more than half of the 486k SF Class-AAA office building, to be completed by Q3 2017.
