Toronto Office

Creative Office Summit panelist and Hullmark development VP Aly Damji says both 545 King St W project and the Toronto Carpet Factory are prime examples of successful creative office projects. A recent, unique deal on the Hullmark front: the company went “firm” on a 7k SF freehold retail unit within Brad Lamb and Harhay Construction’s Theatre Park. The deal is set to close in early 2015. In conjunction with Icon Legacy Hospitality and INK Entertainment, the retail space will house Canada’s first Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto branded restaurant. Also, Hullmark closed on a 50% interest in the 350k SF Liberty Village building in January. York Heritage Properties is the other owner. Aly is snapped with Hullmark prez Jeff Hull and VP Leona Savoie.
