Survey Says: Little Concern about Bubble

The results of last weeks survey are in--the one asking if you are worried about a commercial real estate bubble in downtown Toronto. 34% of you said yes, but 66% responded no. On the positive side: I think Torontos boom is more making up for lost time, and that city will come out of it stronger, bigger, and better than ever. But some survey respondents expressed concern: Whatever goes up must come down. Anyone who thinks this ride is going to continue forever is going to have a rude awakening.
