New Toronto CREW president Samantha Farrell, a VP at Dundee Realty Management, wants to see the organization grow. Members: 8,000 across North America, 200 in Toronto. She plans to start withtheir high school program but is also pushing a mentoring program for women in the industry. There is a particular focus on young members: Sowe are developing them and giving them opportunities," she says.
