CREW Mentorship Program Builds Female Ranks
Supporting talented women new to the CRE industry is the primary objective of a mentorship program introduced seven years ago by Toronto CREW. Over that period of time, 106 women have been matched with a female industry leader and a member of Toronto CREW for one year. The idea is to retain those who come through the program and build the ranks of women in the industry. The mentorship program is recognized by industry leaders across all sectors--brokerage and leasing, development, investment, asset management, building owners, legal, design, and construction.
